Jos Floor is an admitted attorney of the High Court and director of the firm. He practices as a commercial lawyer, with a special focus on financial services law, information technology law, and international trade law.

Jos has been admitted as an attorney in 1999 and is experienced in drafting complex commercial agreements, providing regulatory advice and where necessary dispute resolution.

He regularly works on multi-jurisdictional matters and has a good grasp of legal developments within his fields of interest taking place in other countries. Prior to founding Floor Inc Attorneys Jos has gained experience working in top tier law firms in South Africa and the Netherlands. He has travelled extensively through Southern Africa while working with the Trade Law Centre for Southern Africa (tralac) and has build up a network of business and government contacts in the region.

Jos thrives on developing practical and innovative solutions to the challenges faced by entrepreneurial businesses, and he has developed an excellent track record of assisting young giants to during their establishment and subsequent rapid growth phases.
